Description: An older woman who is typically in her Barber uniform, she is not a threatening figure. Her long silver hair reaches down to her waist. She has a dull look in her brown eyes.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Hadwisa was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She's also a talented Actor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: He wears a pastel vest and prefers green and blue shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He is physically well-built. He has black fur. His eyes are a pleasant copper.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Actor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Healer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Actor, and he later adopted a second son.

She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'8" when asserting herself. Her silver hair is heavily combed to the left. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born in the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the east were limited. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is her passion
