Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
