History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Xanaphia lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Azaki reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Azaki and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Osco grew up listening to his father's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
