History: The child of a Beggar, who enjoyed hunting, Borun was taken on many hunting expeditions. His childhood dream was to be a Beggar, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Mialee wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
