Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
