Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Kristryd was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Shepherd but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shepherd and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This tall, slender man is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His copper eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His first spouse was a Locksmith, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her red hair is thinning but still full. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Unvera fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
