History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Oren was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Ruler. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
