Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a morningstar, but if one is not available he will default to his rapier. He wears his black hair down. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Morkral was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Layabout kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. He has green eyes.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is content

Description: A 6'5" northern man, he wears baggy pastel pantaloons and a yellow scarf. His black fur is unkempt and raggedy. This green eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering his clean studded leather. His hair is auburn and curly. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and to clean up the streets
