Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her silver hair is still thick. Her amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Barbena was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Barbena was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Barbena's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Williamina is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and balancing his hectic life and new mortician responsibilities is difficult

He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Adventurer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.
