History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and to reunite with his old friends

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by vampirism.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Ellyjoybell is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
