Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Gerald and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her red hair is unkempt and raggedy. She has amber eyes.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Born to a Tanner, her father struggled to pay the bills. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shoemaker and was forced into it by her family.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He wears his black hair down. His eyes are likewise green.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: A moderately attractive man, he is dressed in an above average manner. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. The war was a terrible time for him, and Naill does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naill fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
