Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His auburn hair is knotted and matted. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in the south to a Miner, Cockaby learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has achieved small success as a Miner.

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. Her copper crest is braided into rings. Her red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Thava was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he usually wears his blue robe and has his shield always slung over his shoulder. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. A true patriot, Kellen would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Kellen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Kellen reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his morningstar with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. His eyes are likewise green.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Banker father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wants to work out more often
