History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Assassin.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Luthra was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Luthra's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Luthra and her spouse have recently divorced.
