History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she is greedy
