Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Barrister, but he got bored and became a Blacksmith. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 9. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 6'5" when asserting herself. She keeps her long white hair kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: Lezre hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Servant arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
