History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Blacksmith. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Through the years after Manfred was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Manfred's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
