Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: The child of a Interpreter, who enjoyed hunting, Gubrash was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He's also a talented Interpreter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fortune-teller and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: Shifting speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shifting fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: The child of a Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Shágflak was taken on many hunting expeditions. Shágflak liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business
