History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Târz abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

History: He was born in the north. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a black coat. She wears a colorful flower in her blue hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Fletcher born in the past three hundred years. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now owns her own business.
