History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His childhood dream was to be a Knight, but he was a colossal failure. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Raer has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: She was born in the north. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
