History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her first spouse was a Mayor, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
