Personality: Halimath hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a Fortune-teller, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Halimath and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears silk and lounges about seductively. Her auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Mortician kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
