Personality: Armara is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Armara hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Armara alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is a great chef.

History: Alberich hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alberich fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud
