His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her golden hair is wavy and long. Her eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. Ootah is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born in the south. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
