History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to clean up the streets
