Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fletcher born in the past three hundred years. A friendly and beautiful Tiefling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. After a long history of fighting, Bathin and his spouse have recently divorced.
