History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Criella grew up listening to her father's many stories. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born into a rich family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Blacksmith job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is unsatisfied with his job
