History: Grai was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Grai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Grai. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: He was born in a small plains village. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
