History: She was born in a small desert village. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Jade was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Jade's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Jade and his spouse have recently divorced.
