Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to clean up the streets
