History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She became a Mayor soon after.
