Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Navigator. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bilga grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bilga. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A freak accident while working with her Engraver mother left her crippled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
