She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Damaia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Damaia was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: Shifting was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Shifting was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shifting's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Shifting and her spouse have recently divorced.
