History: Gifted from a young age, Ellywick studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Ellywick took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Namfoodle's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
