Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Through the years after Tordek was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Tordek's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Kallista enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Kallista was born on a far northern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Shepherd. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Vassago hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: She wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. She carries with her a set of greataxes, each one with a emerald on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her red eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
