History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This tall, slender man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.
