Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed club, just in case, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her red hair, when down, is lengthy. She has silver eyes and a black hat with a brown feather.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born in a small island village. Vepar was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Vepar decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She bought a club and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
