She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Emerald hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. She is a great chef.

History: Emerald was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed.
