Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Umpen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She got into the Miller business at a young age. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She tends to her Miller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and regain custody of her son

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears tattered old clothes. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. The war was a terrible time for him, and Robert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
