History: He was raised in a island tribe. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. A gifted student he started as a Banker, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Map Maker for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Map Maker responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His first spouse was a Mortician, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
