History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. A true patriot, Theodoric would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He struck the Weaver job and began his own company from there.
