History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Cecily liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against illithids

Description: He dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'1" when asserting himself. His blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Lucan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Lucan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A freak accident while working with his Butcher mother left him crippled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sage responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
