Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He uses divination through singing.

History: Snafû was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tailor for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and balancing his hectic life and new tailor responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away.

History: Born to a Sailor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and retire the richest woman in the north

Description: She wears tan leather gloves, a tan jacket, and tight pants. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her scythe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are likewise amber. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She hates Elves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. A gifted student she started as a Apothecary, but she got bored and became a Priest. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she has money and likes to spend it
