Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. One day when Rose was young, her mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her mother dropped to the ground dead. Her mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Rose was heart-stricken from the event, and her father started working long hours to provde for them. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
