History: Kite was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Being a Layabout kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Barendd will drive conversation. He is a great chef.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. After coming to the age of reason, Barendd took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it, marred by beers. Her white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is greedy

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Gardener.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
