When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing green cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. He wears his bronze crest up. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Mehen is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Vaina wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warrior, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has achieved small success as a Soapmaker.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
