Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Halflings. Her skin is light but she possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her silver hair is wavy and long. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She's also a talented Architect, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Shoemaker profession.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and expand her business

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her ears are large.
Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She takes great joy in being the best Sailor in town.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Revenge.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.
Motivation: To unite with her sister; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
