Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Donaar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He became a Miner soon after.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Baern alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and he is greedy

Description: She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and she perpetually has her falchion ready. She has a long brown ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born in the west. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Adventurer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Adventurer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
