History: Balifra was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She tends to her Masseuse job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born into a rich family. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
