Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Jacoba was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. Description: This eastern woman is abnormally tall. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her hair is short and silver. Her eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she feels kind of lost in life
