History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Through the years after Sybil was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north.
